Why solar outdoor lights
Solar outdoor lights move the whole electric bill for the yard onto the sun. Each of our lights carries a small panel, a rechargeable cell and a light sensor: the panel fills the cell through the afternoon, the sensor notices dusk, and the lamp switches itself on. No trench, no transformer, no timer to reset after a power cut.
Where each light earns its place
Pathway lights mark edges — the walk, the driveway, the border of a bed. Spotlights shape things — a tree, a fence, a flag, the front of the house. Flower and post cap lights decorate and mark corners and steps. Together they give a yard three layers of light, which is what makes it feel finished after dark.
What IP65 means in the yard
IP65 means the housing keeps out dust and survives water jets from any direction — sprinklers, driving rain, a hose that got away from you. Our solar lights are built to that rating so they can live outside all year, not just through summer.
Getting the longest glow
Sun hours decide run time. Place stakes where the panel sees open sky for six hours or more, wipe the panel when it looks dusty, and switch new lights on for a full sunny day before judging them. In winter the shift gets shorter; that is the sun, not the light.
Lanterns and flashlights for outages
Our Portable Series covers the nights the grid does not. Lanterns light a whole room with a 360-degree glow and run on rechargeable cells, solar or AA batteries; flashlights zoom from a room-filling flood to a beam that reaches the end of the yard. A pack of each in a known drawer is the simplest storm plan there is.
Packs that match
We sell our lights in packs because matching light matters. Stakes from one pack share the same glow colour and brightness, so a path of twelve reads as one line, not twelve different opinions about what warm white is.
